Why startups?

Your story is kinda my story, too.

For over 21 years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with some of Canada’s largest organizations, building and leading dynamic, high-performing teams. But my career began in a startup—where I wore many hats. As the sales lead, I also dabbled in marketing, onboarded new customers, and took on the roles of trainer and Customer Success Manager. If you’re smiling as you read this, you’ve likely been there too.

Even after moving into the structured world of corporate environments, I discovered that my greatest achievements came from applying the same entrepreneurial ingenuity and resourcefulness that founders rely on every day. This unique blend of experiences has given me a broad, practical perspective on what businesses truly need—and what it takes to turn great ideas into reality.
